To thread: Mach6 now has TSE gap up/down info as of tomorrow AM.

Don't think this has been posted here previously. They have been providing excellent gap ifno on US stocks but now will have TSE (they are Montreal based).

They also ask investors to make suggestions as to what you really would like esp in relation to gappa's. Will have an introductory special for subscribers to all their service c/w real time, soon.

I am in no way affiliated with Mach6 but very impressed. Check it out if you haven't:

I gave up a sizable profit that dwarfed the extra commission, and all I had to do is pick up the phone.

I am in full agreement with you on this. For the extra $10-$15 on either end of the trade, often is dwarfed by the opportunity lost with problematic on-line buying and selling. Right now the cable connection will free up a phone line, and I believe that I will use the phone to call in trades more often, if not exclusively.

Again, just thought I'd mention that I believe some Cable companies (Rogers in my area) are offering cheaper installation charges ($50 instead of $150). Check it out in your area. Within a week or so, I am sure I will be another vocal advocate of the cable internet connection.

I appreciate your comments L.D.

Regards, Wisam

Gold Rushed,

<<<<<Online stock buyers are "trading themselves broke," discount brokerage
president Muriel Siebert warned a recent meeting of the America
Business Editors and Writers. She said investors sitting at their
keyboards think they know a lot but in fact they know only a little.
Siebert said she has refused online traders' business, especially
worried about those who have little capital but want margin
privileges. The president of the National Association of Stock
Dealers, a self regulatory organization for the industry, agreed she
has concerns, too. "Online trading is easy. Investment is not," Mary
Schapiro told the group.>>>>>>>
