One thing to keep in mind about MBT, Executioner, etc. The monthly charge may seem steep, but the per-transaction commission is not that much higher than brokers like DLJ (and is actually cheaper than Fidelity, ESchwab, etc...) If you do 20-25+ trades per month (one round trip per day), most of these outfits waive the fee. Also, with the Level-II access, you can avoid getting ripped off by market makers who might be buying your broker's order flow...
