Archipelago Services L.L.C. is not an ECN, Son, you need to take a basic reading course. Archipelago Services has nothing to do with the Archipelago ECN. It is a completely seperate L.L.C.(limited liability company) that is not an ECN (Electronic Communication Network). An ECN is nothing more than an electronic exchange. Archipelago Services is the software division that provides setups for branch offices. Again, it not an ECN. How did you ever graduate from college with your reading skills? If you go to the Illinois Secretary of State L.L.C. division, you will see that there is paperwork filed for the Archipelago, L.L.C. and also the Archipelago Services, L.L.C. Look at the web site, does it say anywhere that Archipelago Services, L.L.C. is an ECN!!!!!!!
