WH - My position in FNET is now double that of FTEL, so I look at it from both points of view.
FNET has about 7-8 operating foreign sites at the moment, which should generate good income for the 31 DEC quarter. They are on a go-slow for setting up more sites because of cash flow problems. It costs about $250K overall to get one of the high-margin foreign sites going (Only 10-15% of that is Tempest purchases).
When (and of course if!) Sutro comes through with $20M or so, preliminary work has been done on several to bring them on line relatively quickly. Your Catch-22 disappears when Sutro comes through.
