UG,

Look in the specific virtual directory in question. Check that the file sizes are all 0 except for the master file. If they are not, somehow real MS data got put in the virutal directory which then will not be updated by virtual. I think you have to remove/add the directory to clear the problem?. Thats the only thing I can suggest.
