One more providers of Canadian data to add to the list.

All U.S and Canadian equities and indexes for $19/month. Looks like you can use downloaders from various programs to recieve the data (e.g. Metastock downloader)

prophetdirect.com

Best Regards

Keith, for daytrading, you need data DURING the day, so forget NAQ as someone said there's is end of day data. I've used quote.com but somewhat slow. Reuters I have a free trial :), but not going to use it. Stockwatch, don;t know. I'm going to check out the level II that Carole mentioned - better than nothing - it will help trading somewhat and I am very curious to see what's going on with some stocks I think are very promising, but that just don;t move - darn frustrating - and L2 may give a clue.

Hi... you might want to consider Mach6 as your Canadian data source.

We're going live with streaming realtime data in a few days. Our special promotional price is $9.95 USD, for US and Canadian data, per month, for the first three months we're live. After that, it will be $24.95. This will cover options as well (US options are coming online soon, Canadian options are already online) and mutual funds as well as equities and indexes.

I believe the above may be for end-of-day or snapshot capabilities... we're offering streaming quotes, which may or may not be what you're looking for. Plus you get some pretty nice charting capabilities, and a decent portfolio manager.

mach6.net

You can download and use the application in delayed mode for no charge and no timeout period.

We're taking subscriptions starting in a couple of days.

Thanks,

- darcy
