HVN - Agree, the largest share holders (86%) are the CEO and his wife. Such a high insider ownership can be good and bad. We are seeing the "bad part" annoying the analysts: 86% share ownership can decide if a takeover is proposed. The good part: major shareholders (86%) are in it to make money, not lose it. They were conservative about giving a 2:3 stock split to keep the dilution at a minimum and EPS high, instead of a higher split. Ram

Dear HVN: So you consider companies like INTC and SUNW speculative?? Nothing is gained by being secretive with the Analysts. If they are not shown some direction and left to fend for themselves they can do havoc to the stock price which in turn can effect negotiations for credit, acquisitions and the like. I am not asking for PUFFERY, JUST THE FACTS, MAAM. JDN
