Michelle: Thanks for piece on internet retailing concepts. This actually is what interests me primarily, as i want to think Dell can as a minimum be as good, as everyone scrambles onto new software/hardware interfaces with the customer/prospect! As you may have seen, my bias is that others (not Dell) will be leading in this department. I have time to do some looking around, and will post here. (of course i'm not talking about cpq, gtw; i also expect more ideas to come out of amzn over aol. In any event, this is my bias. Have always had a problem with liking aol--trying to figure this bias out and get over it, but it is very difficult for me.)
