NSCP: Read something last week where analyst thought fair value for NSCP was $4 Billion -if that puts it at 40, why pay more? What am I missing?

BTW I doubt it will be a buyout. NSCP is smart to partner with many companies vs just one(unless they are tred and want to get out of he biz)

NSCP: clarification of intention of my comment/opinion - seems some tech co's are buying stakes in vs. entire co's

eg. INTC stake in MU; TXN stake in MU; Deutche telecom in RSLCF;
INTC in RIM.to; INTC in XIRC; MSFT ....

Just me & my opinion JM&MO it would be better for NSCP to partially sell out/merge/etc vs sell entire company. Remember Citibank - thought I rem hearing it could be a buyout, then turned out to be a sale for NSCP.

Seeking any opinions. Collectively can put things together and all make money.
