Briefing.COM says Ascend (ASND) +1 3/4: stock jumped to a new 52-week following announcement that company had won Phase II contract to further develop the ATM/Frame Relay Broadband multiservices network in Zhejiang province, China... After the close, StarHub Pte Ltd. of Singapore announced that it had awarded ASND a multi-million dollar IP-based equipment contract. (ANYONE , isn't this old news. did they announce another IP based equipment contract?.) BR
