Brooke,

All that technical talk!

Fortunately, all that's unnecessary for me. My career Navy son just crossed the International Date Line last week. He's now, of course, a day ahead of us here in the States. So, he simply e-mails me what the market did today, and when it opens here the next day I know exactly how to play it.

Gonna order my own yacht first thing in the morning.

Ken

Brooke,

I don't time travel, it even took considerable thought to resolve that riddle, don't worry secrets safe. I'll hint though :), only book by Ross I don't have and I avoid that category when perusing for new material to put on the shelf, just no desire. It's kool, really kewl, and I'll delve someday, but first I follow my heart.

Hey, I do a little dabling. FFT's (Fourier Transforms), and MARS (Multivariate Adaptive Regressive Splines). hopefully they've not been supersceded although it's possible since I observe them calculating grid. Of course my limited knowledge could mean I'm missing their point. They're fun, lotsa thinking, reverse engineering. Orthogonal roots, exponetials, polynomials, just more VRFH (Variable Refraction of Fractal Hyperparity). Linear becomes non-linear upon combining MFA's (Most Favored Angles) into arrays. Number series become number sets.

If you create a pseudo random number generator based on a secret
mathematical algorithm, the output series it generates may seem random to me, even though it's perfectly predictable by you.

A last thought. WallSt's quants are great at finesseing the path, once a head trader at the desk, an old master explains where we're going next. grab for the salt, but that's my world.

btw, I found much humor in your posts, I appreciate it! Osci

now get busy coding :)
