I disagree. ABC CBS viewership is declining; it's going to the net. XCIT, LCOS will be taken out within 6 months. Short if you must but don't potty pit stop, and don't be caught short over the weekend.

AOL could make things quite difficult for YHOO, XCIT, etc. with this deal.

I wonder of the market really thinks YHOO is worth 5X the value of Netscape.

Of course using AOL's very expensive stock vastly increases the perceived value of the deal.
