Newt no doubt will do ok on the banquet circuit, he's got the right politics for the corporate movers and shakers to pony up for. I doubt if Rupert Murdoch is going to come through with another $6million book deal, though. Those last two didn't sell too well, did they? And Newt isn't going to have what Rupert really wanted to buy anymore.

I think most are already aware of Gingrich's ability to generate money for himself, unless they've forgotten about his PAC, book deal scandal, and Congressional censure. What kind of political force he is destined to become in the future is not of interest to me at the moment. He's had his shot as Speaker. The loss of that position and his dreams of running for President on the back of it is going to take some doing to equal in another field.
