Let's return to the question of last year's private placement, shall we? WellRich has said:

WellRich was successful in finding and introducing prospective buyers for Amazon's stock that resulted in sales of 1,731,842 shares of Amazon stock, raising total capital in the amount of $1,647,814.

Where did the "WellRich shares" come from? The answer to this question may explain why that $1,647,814 doesn't show up on the 10K.

Re: AZNT's real business

I can't help but wonder - Do any of the readers of this thread (even Spider and friends) believe that AZNT has great fundamentals after so many dubious promises of great things which somehow never come to pass: ToN in every mall in America by the end of October, the talking Indian capable of simultaneously conversing with 15 million people in 17 languages, the marketing campaign in six major consumer health magazines that never seems to actually take place, treatments for every disease known to man, a chewing gum that eliminates brushing, the Las Vegas retail store nearing completion...? If so, why? (Please provide independently verifiable information in support of any claims.)

OTOH, they do seem to be very successful at selling their stock. <g>
