CATP is basically a consulting firm. In that business, what does employee turnover mean? Every one of those CATP guys is probably going to Arthur Anderson or Price Waterhouse (companies with the scale to compete with CATP if they can hire away the expertise) or they are starting up their own mini-CATPs. Either way, the franchise erodes. My mother owns this stock and still has a nice profit in it. I have been trying to get her to sell it for two years. She was ridiculing me as it went up, then finally it all fell apart. And was the Morgan Stanley analyst the same one that pounded the table to buy the stock in the 30s because it was a steal at under 50 times earnings? I wish I had kept that report.

Does anybody know LBY well?
