Hi Larry, I just read your post and have a few comments.

1-I believe Carl Berg is worth more than $800 million.
2-If Carl wanted the company all to himself, he could have kept it
private.
3-Carl most likely has another $10 to $50 million ready if
Valence needs it.
4-By putting Castle Creek through their due diligence, they
acted as an independent evaluator of Valence's outlook. Their
approval of the loan was therefore a vote of confidence for him.
5-If you checked into Carl's history you should find that he
owns/has owned significant percentages of many companies
including IDTI and has not been a "floorless convertible bandit"
as you suggest.
6-As Pronichev pointed out, your own appointed investigator
Zeev concluded that the floorless convertible is toothless.

I must commend you for having a fine imagination, but why
don't you just buy back in stop fighting the tape

Larry I can't post anymore until at least Friday. Sooner or later we will all meet on the other side of the looking glass. Until at least Friday, or that great apocalyptic day of reckoning (sp?); whenever it may come; as the late, great Adam Clayton Powell Jr, often said:
"Keep the faith, baby" best regards to everyone V. Michael Pronichev
