Hard to imagine what someone would pay to acquire AMZN...they have no earning nor any proprietary product. I wonder if the AOL NSCP deal goes thru (with Sun Micro) , if Barnsnoble will benefit more from it's exclusive contract with AOL for book sales??

Who would buy out an outfit that is bleeding cash, and is selling for about 17 X sales, does not have one product of its own, and competes in a no-barrier-to-entry marketplace?
