Hmm, I'm not sure what you disagree with.
But It looks like most of the Q posters, on this thread, feel that an agreement will be reached.

I am sure that officials of both companies
realize that all agreements are made through intelligent
compromises.

As of right now, they have not publicly blinked. Gregg has often stated that Ericsson has offered Qualcomm some sort of cross-licensing.

Either the case will settle which means that Qualcomm will license their IPR to Ericsson for terms which are reasonable to both companies, or the case is going to court where their attorneys will slug it out.
