Hi Bob,

I think, IMHO, that the below quote from your post pretty much summarizes the reality of our investment in TSIG.

<< All startup companies generate legitimate concerns but we have made our decision to take the opportunity we think is within the business plan of TSIG and additionally feel the potential overshadows the negative. >>

If any will recall I posted a few weeks ago that everyone is "screaming" for PRs... especially about the finalization of the PP. At that time I emphasized that Rob Gordon and the Company have never lied to us, although their time frames were not always as anticipated. At the same time, I mentioned that as soon as the PP PR comes out we will get people all over the thread... mostly new posters... questioning the PP and trying to bash it. I'm sorry, but, IMO, what "Ditchdigger" posted was repetitive "bashing" under the pretense of "just asking". Just reread his posts... the same thing over and over again... and he is only speculating himself not only as to the terms of the PP, but as to the "importance" of the terms themselves. What was important was that TSIG obviously needed to raise the funds to move forward rapidly... and it got them. I wonder how many people on this thread can, without looking, tell me how many shares are authorized, outstanding, and in the float, etc. in the other investment stocks in their portfolio?? Not their trading stocks, but their investment stocks... ie: the Intels, Cisco, Microsoft, Pfizer, etc., etc.. I really doubt if many actually know.

The important thing, IMHO, is will TSIG be the first company to show a positive bottomline with real earnings. We are a baby just starting to crawl. Please don't forget that. TSIG is a multifaceted company with various avenues to produce income. There are, IMO, so many possibilities for growth in TSIG besides CDs that it is mind-boggling and to make it even better, their guerrilla marketing game plan is a win-win for both the Company and the affiliates. We (TSIG) are in a rapidly growing sector... the internet... with the unique advantage of the teleservices division to support the sales and marketing.

This is just a generic statement of my own personal feelings, but it is the reason for me being a long-term long and not just a long. It takes time to make any company grow. We've got the funding, we've got the concept, and we've got the game plan. We've got Version 1.5 of the CompactConnections website and version 2 is in the works. If anyone looks back just 6 months ago as to the business status of TSIG and the progress that has been made they can only be impressed with what has occurred and the success that has been achieved by Rob Gordon, James Guild and the rest of the team. IMO, the stock price will follow... regardless of the time it takes. TSIG has never "hyped" the stock or company with B.S. PRs... although some may have wished they did. But, just as the last PR came "out of the blue", I believe we'll see many more as the weeks and months go by. I, for one, just don't choose to sell my stock after a "spike" because of a PR... because there may be another one just a few days later. I personally intend to be there to see this baby grow into a mature adult.

And one other thing. May I suggest that we do not "spread the word" on other threads. IMO, it can only lead to problems with resentful shareholders of other companies coming to "bash" TSIG. IMO, as the Company progresses and succeeds in it's game plan, people and the media will seek us out. Tell your friends and neighbors if you choose, but I suggest leaving the PR to the Company. TSIG's success is managements' personal future financial success as much as any of us here.

Be right... sit tight!!

Best always,

Marty
