I don't find much value in NSCP. Even if it's under a different name. As far as AOL goes, they lose rev's from Microsoft. Why BUY the whole cow when all they want is the milk? Wouldn't AOL be better off just getting payments from NSCP for directing traffic that way??? Why buy the whole headache?

As far as the stock price goes, history has shown, when a company uses a stock to make a purchase like this, the stock does drop.
