AKLM yearly results. Quite impressive.

Thean, what do you mean it didn't close strongly? Excellent volume and ended at the high of the day. Am I missing something?

Thean,

I guess SEV held up pretty well today, considering the drubbing the OSX took. Oddly enough, PEO was up a tick too. I don't own any PEO but in the past it's been a good bogey to the OSX for me. It's only partly OSX, more E&P actually. I thought it worked pretty good as kind of a leading indicator, ‘till now anyway. Maybe I just don't know how to factor in PEO's nasty little gap down last Thursday.

Not much chat over at the 56ers today re: AKLM. They're still looking for 12.5 in a couple of weeks if the market doesn't double top, maybe 20 in a few months. I'm not to sure what I think of that star it charted today. I guess it's up so much it has to pull back a little to get back inside the BB's. It pulled back to your 9 11/16 15 min before the close and bounced right back up; I guess you weren't the only one that thought that might be a good entry. Care to share your reasoning for canceling your order? Are you planning to stalk it again tomorrow? I see they've been chatting it up over at Tokyo Joe's and Market Gems too.

Since I brought AKLM and PRMS over here from the 56ers I might as well keep up the cross pollination with the latest big topics, PIOG and EDFY (they're definitely short term over there). They were mostly hot for PIOG ‘till the volume on EDFY set off an alarm. Sorry I didn't get a chance to post them this morning but PIOG closed up 4% and EDFY 9%. I'll leave it to better TAers than I to decide if it would be chasing at this point or if there's more to come. I made a token play on EDFY when it started to recover after it pulled back in the afternoon. I'm hoping today's activity gets some momo attention to push it up towards 9. I'm going to use a tight stop instead of holding my breath though <G>.

I'm looking for another strong day tomorrow with maybe some profit taking Wed going into the holiday. I think Fri (the market is open Fri, isn't it?) is historically the lightest trading day of the year and, while some issues will have high volatility, it won't really mean anything. Next week should be telling though. Is the bear going to come back down out of that tree it's been cowering in or not? Hiding from the bull or just planning the counter attack? The world want's to know!
