Works out to $40 per share, right where we're sitting, look at market cap. As far as the open tomorrow, I suspect it will be well above $40, pull back and take another run. That's of course in the event there's no pre open announcement. The first run will be fueled by the shorts, as they're trapped like dogs right now. If there's an announcement, it's done

The first report indicated nscp was worth 4bil. Subsequent reports have all indicated there would be a preium in line above the current price. Interesting how the price went to near 40 just before the close Friday. Course, there's no such thing as insider trading. That's illegal.

Speculation, or blind wishing, place's the deal at anywhere from $45 to $90 per share. It appears a majority think it's going to come in between $54 to $65. I personally think it's a sell out at that price (if it in fact happens) cause I was looking to the long haul and several splits over the next couple years.

Dennis: deal will be announced in shares per share, in calculating total price remember *all* options will be cashed out in the deal (if it occurs)--- curious feature is that amzn etc are likely to rocket further on this even though its not good for them
I'm real curious to see how this plays tomorrow am
