It's on CBS and there was nothing about Sun on it tonight. But, from Street.com:

The second-biggest deal tomorrow could well end up having the biggest impact. This is because it is Deal.com. According to The Wall Street Journal Interactive and Newsweek (the latter according to Bloomberg), America Online is in talks to buy Netscape in a takeout that Sun Microsystems (SUNW:Nasdaq) may also have a hand in. AOL would take the bulk of Netscape -- its Web site and its browser -- while Sun would get Netscape's business software. Though the Journal put no price tag on the deal, it said that it would likely exceed Netscape's market capitalization of $4 billion
