LGOV must have paid cash or stock for the increased stake in the LPG franchise to distribute LPG by bottle or piped gas service in their franchise area.This ability to arrange sales from government entities is a prime LGOV attraction to larger non-chinese companies who are willing to pay for lessons learned on how to do this successfully. Hope we find out more about this on December 7.

The profitablity numbers will be contained in the data that we expect to be released before or at the stockholders meeting, and the advice I received was that "...we will all be very pleased....". The operations in China are staffed with Chinese nationals and managed by Deng Shen, who is highly respected by the folks in the Chinese government. I can only presume that the 7 successful pipeline projects, and the rest of the ongoing operations have resulted in the kind of trust that develops among professionals who continually work together. LGOV/Xinmao have been at this for about 8 years now. When I work with a new contractor, I watch them pretty close until I'm satisfied that the work is of premium quality, accurate, and that safety practices are being enforced. Likewise, I imagine that since LGOV is obviously cutting the mustard they are being shown favored status and given more opportunities. If you work like a pro, act like a pro, look like a pro, talk like a pro, and perform like a pro - pretty soon people start recognizing you as a "pro". A remember, LPG is only ONE of the licenses LGOV has to work under.
