NSCP: I just looked up shares outstanding and it's 99.5 million (say 100 million), so at $4 billion /100 million shares = $40.

I did see an article earlier in the week saying fair value thought to be $40. Read so many things, can't rem where saw it. But at that time NSCP was $1-$2 over or $1-2 under $40.

It all comes down to what the big boys will offer and the expectation of the market built into NSCP's price. Maybe in the end, AOL will offer more than $4B and get the amount above $4B from SUNW so it nets out to $4B. Will be interesting to see what unfolds.

Last time with Citicorp, seemed like a buyout and was surprised when it was ultimately annunced that NSCP didn't propel forward. Maybe a disappointment to the expectation of a buyout.
