Instead, I own some worthless Vancouver Stock Exchange gold mining stocks, which I will sell to PH really cheap. Actually, my "next year scenario" was in jest, and I have repeatedly stated that PH was a "dealmaker", a man of vision and genius, and someone whose creativity and imagination I could respect. My criticisms have, in my opinion, been in good faith and justified based on the facts at hand, and address more how the little stock holder is treated than whether or not PH can make a buck himself. The latter is self-evident..

If this company turns around, or if I can even get 50% of my investment back, I would be satisfied at this point. But, I don't see any reason to toot PH's horn, because my stock has been depressed for more than 6 months, the conversion factor has never been explained or justified to my satisfaction, the company has refused to cooperate with requested disclosures, and press releases have promoted the good news while the bad news belatedly leaks out after rampant rumors (e.g., Autotrak, Universal Commerce, Lair, e.Commerce, etc.). Since PH directly or indirectly controls everything, I have made him my focal point.

One last thought: we are all proceeding largely in the dark. I will be the first to admit if I made a mistake, and I would hope that despite my criticisms and fears that this company will turn around.

By the way, Bambaata can you explain what revenue-generating operations these companies have today, and how I can reach Keith Montgomery. Thanks.
