Carole, where do you put the fruit? In the cavities? I still put stuffing in the cavities, I know that it is said to be dangerous, but I am old-fashioned. I love the way the turkey juice cooks into the stuffing.

I don't know whether you can make pie crust in a food processor other than one built like a cuisinart. It has a column built in the top with a little hole to dribble fluids in, the two things I use it for are piecrusts (dribble in water) and mayonnaise (dribble in olive oil). If you have a cuisinart, then it is so simple.
