resell and support FORE Systems' industry-leading ATM (asynchronous transfer mode) switches as integral components of
TimePlex Group's widely acclaimed wide-area network (WAN) solutions. The partnership will offer customers next generation,
mission-critical networks that are resilient, scalable and future-proof.
The partnership teams FORE Systems' ATM networking solutions based on an Intelligent Infrastructure™ with TimePlex
Group's expertise in the design and implementation of enterprise networks based on ATM, Frame Relay and Time Division
Multiplexing access technologies. Through the partnership, the companies will offer customers a unique WAN solution to meet
current mission-critical network demands, while offering unparalleled scalability and flexibility to support future network needs.

Partnership Combines Superior Access, WAN Design with Superior Core ATM Equipment
Thousands of customers around the globe rely on TimePlex Group to provide unmatched expertise in the design and
implementation of WANs, employing the SYNCHRONY family of TimePlex products that offer the ability to migrate TDM,
packet and frame relay networks to ATM.
