i guess that by reading the tread over the weekend.. it seems to have died.. this seems to be all to common with these type of stcoks.
If in fact the man that is running this company didnt bother to read the geological work, as sugested in the sec leters. then i guess this was similar to the breex thing except they did it from 5 cents and up and did it fo a few bucks..
if so what a waste of a prospect.its a shame that this one wasnt on the vse.. cuse they now have the power to cancel those shares .
the promotion cycle that was decribed befor , is a key part of exploration for a public company.. these companies do ,on ocasion find things. and without a dream there would be no public exploration money.
this is no different that the bogus internet companies that you see the ipos of these days.when you look at these companies you see they dont actually do anythingand dont really have much except some great stories.and they are all talking to the big boys about bieng bought out.. just like the big minning companies buy mines.. its no different. excpt of course that the numbers are bigger on nasdq. It remains true though that some of them will make it.
so does nasdaq have the power to cancel shaers. or the sec .. who knows.. but i think if those shares were all cancelled, we would have a shot at development, and would be financeable. id sure cut the burn rate to zip and start having locals doing sampleing on a standard based on the us geological society.have all options on real value added.
i mean that what i do in my own company.. we dont give a percentage to folks who dont earn it, and it comes from production, not dreams.
these are my thoughts ,not yours

Tim,

Those amounts of monies would be indicative of major news.

According to one Denver person, they still own that elusive drill.

Guido is still working for GE

The 10K gave a hint.
