For those who have not seen it, I would draw your attention to Business Week November 23,1998 page 166 first column 3/4 way down. This is in response to an SEC sought indictment. "Liebermann and two other alleged Pace associates, Michael Lulkin and Michael Krasnoff, pleaded guilty to related fraud charges and agreed to DISGORGE $32 MILLION IN ILLEGAL PROFITS." I see this as verification that the SEC can be very successful in this endeavor. Do note however that it appears this case may have taken 3 years.
