ed, you're dim. No matter how many times you and others say it, this case wasn't brought by NSCP, and there's been plenty of evidence presented that doesn't involve NSCP at all. And it wouldn't make any difference even if it were true. Digital Research doesn't exist anymore, but that hasn't prevented the Caldera DR-DOS suit from going forward. I'm sorry the law doesn't work the way you think it should, but that's life. You want the law changed, write your representatives. Cheers Dan.
