There obviously is competition everywhere, but lets put it into perspective. TXCC - mostly SONET, competes a little with PMCS, ATM sales represented less than $2M last quarter - mostly in SARs and lower end DS - T/E biz is less than 18% of sales - some comp, but very ltd exposure for PMC LEVL - mostly comp with PMC in T/E phy - not growth area for them as they increasingly concentrate on beating BRCM in the FE/GE arena All are good companies, but in my opinion, none are a major threat to PMC and its growth. Regarding LU, again, I'd like to see a sale to CSCO, NT, etc. This is the area that PMC sells into - not CPQ GLite modem chipsets. Bulldozer
