I must say that I have never really understood the Netscape arguement. OK, so maybe MSFT pushed their way into the internet, and maybe they bundled their browser to destroy NSCP, but its over with and NSCP has gone onto bigger and better things.

I have always thought the Sun Micro situation is much more serious. If Sun can prove that MSFT intentionally manipulated Windows to make Java run poorly or not at all, than I think its Katy bar the door for MSFT. That is an ongoing battle for tremendous stakes.

That being said, I have said and continue to say the MSFT is a no loss situation as far as investments, even if it gets broken up.
