Michhael: re <The reasonable offer should be around $4B (low $20s).>
Low 20"s would be a 'steal' for LU, particularly now that the gate is open for them to acquire companies. However, seeing that the stock has been in accumulation for some time and trending up, I think CS management would hesitate to approve acceptance of a low 20's.

Personally, I see the stock rallying to 23 once the stock breaks 16 ...and this could be 3-6 months or even a year; who knows! I would also venture to say that CS is a $30 stock in 12 months (IMHO) -- with or without LU! Why? Stabilizing of the global economy and potential growth of telecommunications infrastructure. CSCO and LU will battle it out while CS and COMS continue as specialty niche players and/or get sucked up. I think LU, INTC, CSCO, or whoever, has a 2-3 month window or less to bid low 20's for CS...after that, we're talking 30$+ (only my opinion).
