Oh, X, it feels like old times here when you share a recipe. Thanks! Pasta with feta, greens, garlic and onions just about hits all my favorite foods, so I'm sure it must be very good. I have that book--it is by Mollie Katzen. I like it because no decisions are required--the entire, coordinated menu is right there. I have not yet cooked anything out of it, but her artwork is beautiful, and I love to just sit down and look at it, dreaming of the Irish cottage days of my future where I will have a whole day to gather fresh produce from around the world and make an appetizer, a salad, a vegetarian entree and still have time to make sesame butter cookies cut out with large and small star cutters, and accessorize the plate with star fruit as well. Did you know she has a tv show on cable on Sunday in the early afternoon? She cooks wonderful recipes from her books, and now seems to be cooking from a new one, "Vegetable Heaven". I wish she would come over here and cook for me while I loll about watching her program! She lives in Marin County now, so it is not too much of a stretch.

I want to try Boca Burger. Who makes it? I don't know why incinerated animal flesh tastes so good--it must be some primitive brain instinctual stuff going on. But I know my family wants some!!
