With the cow, even if they cut it up, it still doesn't make great sense to me.

According to the wires, NSCP shareholders to get .45 of AOL share. Those shareholders at NSCP just took one for the team.

As of the close Friday, that's LESS than the closing price.

Greg: Your plan is equally scary. They have two competitors beating their door down to give them a free browser and they decide to buy one for 4 billion less what they can get for a net site. Where is the economics in that? Too sophisticated for me.
