Following planed mergers of AOL and Netscape, does anybody know if KP has been dragged in the Microsoft trial yet ?

It seems to me that cooperation / collusion between KP companies is an obvious defense for Microsoft.

on a note related to your post: At an article in the Marketplace section of wsj.com, MS has a nice banner ad.

It says: MSN.com

Your place to: Book a flight; Buy some luggage; e-mail the folks you're coming.
Your place to get stuff done.

The new MSN.com

Since I'm a Microsoft fan and Bill Gates supporter, I did something that I very very rarely do: I clicked on the banner ad. Look what I got, from a page at www.msn.com (had the MSN.com logo in the top left corner of the page):

Sorry, due to heavy traffic on the network, the page you're trying to reach is temporarily unavailable.
You can:

•Wait a few minutes and try again. •Click your browser's Refresh button now to try reconnecting. •Click your browser's Back button to return to the previous page.

Yes, the competition is not just coming, it is here. If the MSN.com "farm" of Compaq servers is overloaded, then the Yahoos and Amazongonenutty.coms of the internet better look out. <VBG>

PS: I think that perhaps the rabid buyers of YHOO and AMZN forgot one very very important rule that executives of Silicon Valley used to live by: Never, never drive your business too close to Microsoft, because you'll either be gobbled up or run over. <another VBG>

Love live Microsoft!! Onward to world domination! (oh that's right, Microsoft already achieved that goal - <yet another VBG>
