I am not so sure I agree with the posts refering to the AOL/NSCP merger removing the DOJ case from MSFT. The DOJ isn't so concerned with current status, they are more concerned with past actions. If MSFT broke the law 5 years ago, than thats what they are going to look at. Its kind of like it has its own momentum. Once it gets started, its a Pandoras box.
