What was the motive of opening accounts off shore, and by chance, at the same place Andy Mann was employed? (Even before they ever met him) Well, of course we can't be sure that they'd had no prior contact with Andy. Mike's memory on that point turned awfully hazy in the course of the cross examination, didn't it? As for accounts of all kinds, well, I think we still need a full and detailed explanation of why Titan Investments/Total Concepts was created in the first place, and what its role in all this has been.
