Hi Bill, You were right so far (g). It sure was an up day...new highs. Here are some interesting market statistics...can you or anyone make sense of them?: NYSE up vol 489882K NYSE dn vol 193004K The NYSE cum TICK was negative all afternoon and ended up at +25. The DJI was up some 214 points. With the up vol far exceeding the down vol, the dow up 200+, how did the tick go negative and end up only +25? Much of the day, the dow was going up with the tick headed south. Steve
