(Nasdaq:VOCLF), the IP communications company, today announced that Telia Light has chosen the VocalTec Ensemble Architecture(tm)(VEA) as the foundation for their IP telephony services which will expand on an existing phone-to-phone pilot with PC-to-phone capabilities and new enhanced features. Telia Light plans to launch VEA-based PC-to-phone and also web-based call center services in December.
