roq, we agree. what i meant by principle was a macro view. i'm not in cash b/c i think the market will go up more but i don't want to take part in the cash orgy b/c greenie is a jerk. i honestly think the market will go down and the risk/reward sucks at this level. having said that, i own a lot of long positions (i want to sell half but some are too cheap relative to potential to do so right now). not b/c the market is cheap but b/c those companies are cheap. i am afraid that the "shoot 'em all and let god sort 'em out" mentality will crop up again...
