Take a look at history books and do some DD to find out when CSCO was founded and when it went public. That will give you your answer...

Back in the early 80's when CSCO was a .75 pennystock was it a reporting company? If not, when did it become reporting?

CSCO was never a $0.75 penny stock. The $0.75 would be after adjusting for all the splits that have occurred.

If a stock were $100 at some date A in the past and is now $100 after 5 2:1 splits then the split-adjusted price at date A is 3-1/8. Note that at no time did it actually trade at 3-1/8.

Cisco went public in 1992 if my memory serves me correctly.
