I think COM$ does not *want* to sell. So i think their takeover asking price would be much higher than this - $65 to $75. Realistically that is the only thing keeping COM$ from selling. Another huge company could simply announce they were willing to pay $75. COM$ shareholders would revolt against them if they blocked something like this with their poison pill.
