Hi,

I've been enjoying the discussion. Someone I work with just mentioned that he puts a little cream cheese and garlic in his mashed potatoes. It sounds real good. Have any of you tried it?

Also, I was watching a tv cooking show and they suggested putting some prosuitto ham slices on the bottom of the pan and then place the turkey on top. I thought it might be worth considering.

Nancy

just looked in all my fancy cook books and no luck

hope some one has it

I will ask around, a friend of mine is into the gourmet stuff, she may know of it

if I find it, I'll post it
