Post's Critchley says Nasdaq listing way paved

Bid.Com International Inc BII
Shares issued 21,023,000 Nov 20 close $2.31

The Financial Post reports in its Saturday edition that Bid.Com
International's current financing paves the way for a Nasdaq listing.
Inside Finance columnist Barry Critchley, in a back-to-back column facing
Ian Karleff's Hot Stock touting of Bid.Com, says that Bid.Com extracted
good terms in the latest financing. Brian Campbell, head of Yorkton
Securities' technology and telecommunications investment banking group,
says the current deal has been structured such that the attached warrants
have to be exercised before a United States public offering of at least
$7-million (U.S.) is undertaken. He says that Yorkton and Bid.Com are
paving the way for a Nasdaq listing. Yorkton has led the three deals for
Bid.Com, which used to trade as Internet Liquidators International on the
Canadian Dealing Network before it moved to the Toronto Stock Exchange in
July. On Thursday, 12.4 million shares traded, and on Friday the volume was
3.1 million shares.
