SEMATECH Next Generation Lithography Workshop Anyone know when this will be held? I know it will be before the end of the year. I believe they have a goal of limiting the focus of choices for next generation lithography from the following contenders: - Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) - Ion-Beam Projection Lithography (IPL) - Scattering with Angular Limitation Projection Electron Beam Lithography (SCALPEL) - X-Ray Anyone know enough to make guesses as to which technologies will survive the cut (if there is one) this year? Anyone care to guess how JMAR price will react to news that XRL will be a focus or will not be?
