It would seem stock down not bec of downgrade, but bec "Xircom Inc. (XIRC) 31 3/4 -3 25/32: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter downgrades provider of connectivity solutions for mobile computing from "outperform" to "neutral" based on price; also concerned that modems, long-term, will be integrated into notebooks....."From Briefing.com

Who gives a "RAT'S A$$" about MS!!

I know people who work there and they think the whole market is 10% over valued... Call them and ask them yourself. The thing is, they are dead wrong. As wrong as those two analysts(who I will leave nameless) that went bearish in October of this year. They should all be shot!! If you want to see something better, that will blow your mind......check out these numbers...
