Please note that Mr. Dudchik made contact last Monday afternoon. He stated there is an interest in answering the Questions by Mr. Gruder. We responded that a conference call with interested investors on Monday or Tuesday is possible. We are awaiting a response. We would presume that Mr. Gruder would publicly state his response to all investors upon the conclusion of this meeting and would not offer anyone information other than what investors in general would expect. However, the questions and answers may have to break "Mr. Gruder Company's Precedence". We will work with everyone and the company to ensure integrity and mutual benefit for the long term.
