1. The law suit was filed on October 8,1998. 2. The newsletter dated November 10,1998, stated,"Thirty days ago, I filed a lawsuit against them, and other individuals". 3. The #360 post stated that, "the libel suits will be served in the morning". 4. The plaintiffs' attorney was served by a processor at approximately 9:45am at his office in Irvine. 5. There was also a copy of the suit sent via-US-mail, that same day. It appears you did not read the postings and the newsletter thoroughly.
